1. Service
VarePulse provides document adaptation, inventory calculations, scenario tools, saved analyses, and decision-support records. Features depend on the selected plan and configured integrations.
2. Decision support
VarePulse does not replace professional procurement, accounting, legal, tax, or supply-chain judgement. Customers remain responsible for source data, business rules, approvals, orders, and operational outcomes.
3. Accounts and authority
Users must protect account access and act only for organisations they are authorised to represent. Saved workspace records are tied to the signed-in identity used to create them.
4. Customer data
Customers retain rights in their data and grant only the permissions needed to operate the service. They must not upload unlawful material or sensitive data unnecessary for inventory analysis.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew according to the interval displayed at checkout. Paddle is the seller and merchant of record for transactions processed through its checkout, calculates applicable sales taxes, and issues payment documents. Customers see the exact price, currency, tax, renewal interval, and payment obligation before purchase.
6. Free trial, cancellation, and money-back guarantee
Eligible new paid workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. Paddle collects the selected payment method at signup but does not charge the recurring subscription price during the free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected monthly or annual plan begins automatically at the price and tax shown in checkout. Customers may cancel future renewal through the payment-provider portal. The first paid VarePulse subscription is also covered by the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other statutory rights.
7. Acceptable use
Users may not probe security controls, disrupt service, misuse access, infringe rights, process prohibited data, or use the platform to execute unauthorised purchases or payments.
8. Availability and changes
VarePulse is operated with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance and material service changes will be communicated where practicable. Customers should retain exports needed for their own continuity and record-keeping.
9. Support and notices
Service, privacy, billing, and refund enquiries may be emailed to support.varepulse@gmail.com or submitted through the public contact form. VarePulse aims to acknowledge ordinary enquiries within three Danish business days. Customers are responsible for keeping their account contact details current.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VarePulse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate customer data, or actions taken without appropriate human review. Aggregate liability arising from the paid service is limited to fees paid for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and dispute forums available under the law of their country of residence. Other disputes are subject to the competent courts of Aarhus, Denmark.
12. Operator
VarePulse is operated by Christopher Edwards as an individual at Dan Turells Gade 30, 1., 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark.
